Whenever a person refreshes or changes pages you get a guest of that user. It can be 60 of the same IP in one minute.

Its not every singal time someone refeshes or changes a page... otherwise it would be going up every time i hit refresh, right?

I don't think so because every time I refresh it says 4 guests. Than I change pages and open up another tab and it still says 4 guests.

Yep, it's gone. Now there are more people than there were last night, but only like 5 guests.
