Due to a Time Traveling Accident, Bob is in boxes.
Only looking for People who cycle villagers, I Wan't him back asap!

:( You'll have to move out 16 villagers before you can get him back into your town again. I know how you feel, I lost Lucky after taking a break from playing and now I have to try to cycle out my 16 without losing any of my other 7 permanent villagers.

I don't wanna lose my other favorite Villagers, I Just Need him back asap.
So I'm not doing That.

You have to move out 16 villagers or restart your game entirely to have Bob back in that town, there is no way around it sadly. :(

You kinda have to cycle 16 in your own town in order to get him back though. The game still remembers him and will keep him there until you do the 16 cycle or else you won't be able to get him back any other way besides restarting everything over. Even if you ask another Bob in boxes to come to your town right after the current Bob moves, that option won't pop up for you and he won't move back.

Well you have the next options:
1: You should find someone who can keep Bob for you.
2: You can made the 16 villagers trick.
3: You can got another copy of NL an keep Bob in there.
4: You can restart your town.

Isn't it possible to convince the villager otherwise even if they are in boxes? Not sure if it's random or not, but I know it has been done before.

You can only convince them before they are in boxes
once they are in boxes its too late

I swear I've chatted with a villager in boxes and had them stay.
Maybe it was a WW/CF/PG thing and I'm mixing them up.

You're probably thinking of WW. I know in WW, you have to get certain dialogue to get someone in boxes to stay. I've never played CF before so I can't say.

You can't convince someone to stay when they are already in boxes. It must be before then.

For future reference, if you know you screwed up your TTing or feel you're being too risky, scout your town with a new character before loading up the game with your Mayor. If you find a villager boxed, you can TT back to before the villager's moving date so he can ping you.

But unfortunately you're at the point of no return right now, so you only have a few options.

1) You can TT out 16 villagers in order to gain the ability to get Bob back in your town. Unfortunately, when a villager moves, they are kept in a "void" which is basically hidden data that contains your last 16 villagers. Villagers in this void are unable to move back into your town. Depending on how many dreamies you have, this can be relatively simple or extremely difficult. If you have at least 2 slots not taken by dreamies, it's a bit easier. Easiest is you have 3 slots. If you have 9 dreamies and only a 10th slot, cycling will be a lot slower, but it's still possible. You can refer to various guides or some of my past posts in order to figure out the best way to approach this (I'd repost but it's like past midnight ad I admit I'm sorta lazy =w= )

2) You can say your goodbyes and decide on a different dreamy. Yes this is the most difficult choice, but it spares you the cycle and opens you up to experiencing something new.

3) Probably not an option, but you'd need to restart your entire game. You can have somebody hold Bob until you get up to 9 villagers in your new town, then go reclaim him (Doing so before hitting 9 is risky, as a random move-in can override him).

So yeah as you can see due to the 16 villager cycle, you're stuck either having him held until you successfully cycle villagers or restart your town, or simply live and let live. Bear in mind whoever holds him needs to know they're holding him for quite awhile, as the 16 villager cycle is no picnic if you have dreamies mixed in. But it's definitely doable if you're bent on getting him back without erasing your town.

Good luck.
