I literally have 1M (no more than that) to spend before it goes to the void along with my villagers. Saharah items, Gracie clothes, Island Items, Gold items are the ones on the top of my list. I have a lot of DLCs already but you can offer again I guess.

Ratios (negotiate if you want):
Saharah Items = I'll pay 1M for 4 pieces.
Gracie Clothes = offer please.
Island Items = 2 good stuff from Island; 1M.
Gold items = 4 for 1M
Anything else = you offer.
