Animal Crossing, there isn't a 100% chance of getting him. Also you'll only come to my town then leave immedieatly to get your hand at trying for Octavian. He must have a permanent home since he was cute, and if he DOES end up in boxes and I see you selling him off or trading, i'll be sad. So please only give him away if he does move out.
