Selling Octavian in boxes

Octavian is in boxes in my Cycling/TT town, Kame. I am looking to move him out tonight. Asking 1 million IG bells.

I have no idea if this is worth it to you, but I have a berliner and a silver axe. Is that enough or is it too low? I really don't know the value of things here, I just know I'd really like to have Octavian and give Zucker a nice companion in my town of Reverie.
