Octavian moved in yesterday and I've decided to do an auction for him! He's a Tier 3 villager

Auction starts at 1 mil Bells and will end on April 7, 2020 at 9 am (GMT +8)! I will PM the highest bidder and coordinate accordingly, since he just moved in yesterday
Note: Automatic buyout is anything over 10 mil.
