Buying OBTAINED - 4 Tires and Mum Seeds/Plants

I just got the Lunar Rover DIY and saw that I need 4 tires to build it. I haven't been saving tires and hardly ever get them while fishing. I also realized I have almost no regular (red, white, yellow) mums on my island and need them for DIYs as well. I'd be happy with either Mum seeds or Mum plants. I can pay in TBT, IGB or NMT. Thanks!
