Actually, it's balanced, if not overweighed. "Caucasians" are becoming the minority. The black and mexican races are outnumbering the caucasians. And whites are just as racially profiled and whatnot as the other races.

whiteys living in hispanic-majority towns see racism, if you want to call it that. it's pretty much whether or not you're locally the minority, because I doubt there'll be too many minorities (except maybe asians) in the more popular white states.
all of america, barring the southern border or canadian border comes to mind. kentucky, tennessee, colorado, washington, oregon... not necessarily known for having mexicanos and negroes. now nawlins, texas and californy on the other hand...

I always was curious if they took into account all of the illegal races, when they do those... be it any race. just some thought.
