It’s a pocket camp item that you get in NH by linking your pocket camp account to your Nintendo account. That is most likely why it does not show up. I believe you can still get the rewards. I would look up how to get pocket camp items in NH

i'm just guessing here, but maybe it isn't in your catalogue until you enter the pocket camp code for the collab items regardless of whether or not you picked it up? not sure, since i haven't experienced this issue myself ;;

i mean to redeem the fortune cookie cart to begin with, you'd have to use the nook stop machine through spending nook miles. it can't be ordered through your regular catalog because it is a nook miles specific furniture. you can get the cart + other pocket camp exclusives after linking your nh game with your pocket camp account. they'll all show up on a separate tab when you enter 'redeem nook miles.'
