Anyone running one? If so, which game are you playing? Are you doing any variety of a nuzlocke (such as a wonderlocke)? Do you use additional rules?

I just got Alpha Sapphire (chose that one since I already played through the original Ruby), and decided to do a Nuzlocke run of it. Actually, I'm calling it a "sneaklocke", because I set a rule to utilize the new sneak feature; I have to wait for a pokemon to appear in the grass, and sneak up and get it. In complying with nuzlocke rules, I can only catch the first one I encounter per route (whether or not they have a rare move).
I'm currently in Mauville City, and have only lost two team members. My current team is closing in on level 25, and the roster is:
Marshtomp (Ki), Linoone (Nook), Swellow (Chirps), Mightyena (Pochi), and Plusle (Sparkz).

...I know, my nicknaming is terrible. >.>;;
I also meant to nickname my mudkip as "Kip", but hit the "enter" key too soon. ^^;; I might change that when I go back to Slateport city.

Besides the two standard rules for a nuzlocke, I play with the following rules:
-Starter pokemon is chosen via d12 dice roll (1-4 is grass, 5-8 is fire, 9-12 is water)
-Can only use sneaking to catch pokemon (which means I can't catch pokemon in caves)
-If the pokemon I'm attempting to catch faints, I lost my chance to catch a pokemon for that route
-Species and dupes clauses are both in effect
-Once a pokemon joins the team, it cannot be boxed unless it dies (in other words, I can't catch another pokemon on the next route and swap team members; the only exception to this rule is if I need a particular HM to proceed in the game, and none of my current team members can learn it)
-Cannot use legendary pokemon
-No trading (unless it's to get a pokemon to evolve)
-I can only use the same amount of pokemon the opponent is using
-No HM slaves
-Looking up information online (such as levels or walkthroughs) is forbidden
-Because I hate grinding (especially after losing a team member), use of the exp share item is allowed
-The nuzlocke ends when the E4 (plus champion) have been defeated...or if the team wipes

I've done nuzlockes since Fire Red/Leaf Green, including blind runs (blindlocke) of White, Platinum, and X...as well as a wonderlocke of Y.
The only nuzlocke I ever failed was my Platinum run, and my team went down to Cynthia the champion.
I also have an incomplete nuzlocke; ironically, it's the Ruby nuzlocke I once started (went on hiatus when I reached Sootopolis City).

I haven't done any Nuzlockes, though I guess I'll subject myself to it sometime.
I have locked myself into single types though, like forcing myself to play the game with just Fairy Pokemon, Normal Pokemon, etc. But that's about as much as I've done. It's not as challenging as a Nuzlocke would be.

I've never tried to limit myself to a single type; though, I actually thought it was harder than a nuzlocke.

I love Nuzlocking.

Wedlocking, not so much. Trying to finish my White Wedlocke that I left a while ago, and the death count is into the double digits. o_o I've also been pretty careless as of late, but I think I was really unfortunate as well.

People complain about Cheren, but Bianca destroyed my Arcehops & Kokorok with her Simipour.
My Sawsbuck (who had just evolved) got OHKO'd by a wild Emolga's Acrobatics (crit) after I tried to run away but failed.
My Rufflet got KO'd by a wild Unfeazant's Air Slash even though he was above half health.

My team right now:
Lilligant & Darmanitan
Emolga & Vanillish
Swadloon & Basculin (grossly underlevelled because I just pulled them from the PC before my 8th badge).

Yea. Things are tough when you need to use Basculin. :p

I've only done one Nuzlocke before, and that's a Wonderlocke on X. I did complete it, and I grew to absolutely love Furfrou since I had to use it. It saved me numerous times and unfortunately I lost it to the Elite Four, but it stands firm as a part of the Hall of Fame.

what's a wedlocke?

A wedlocke follows the base nuzlocke rules, except that the pokemon you catch on the next route has to be the opposite gender of the last pokemon caught/received.

For example, if you start with a male charmander, you have to catch a female pokemon on the next route. On the route after that, you have to catch a male pokemon, then a female, etc. Some people set a limit of encounters (when I tried a wedlocke, I limited it to three encounters per route; if none of them were of the opposite gender, I didn't get to catch a pokemon there).

Also, the male-female pokemon are often considered "partners"; so if you get a male charmander and a female pidgey, you can only switch between those two in a battle (rather than being able to switch to any party member).
If you have a party of six (three sets of partners), whichever partner-group is in the lead is the one you have to use for the battle.
