NPC/Special photos and poster

Hi, so I know if you have the amiibos for characters like Blather’s and Celeste, you can get their poster. But with the new update you can get their photo, does any one know how. On top of that, does anyone know if their is a wisp amiibo together his poster. I know in new leaf you use the villager amiibo to summon Wisp’s RV.

In the DLC scan their amiibo and design their home.

Once done you get it in the post

Ok, and is there a wisp amiibo? Or do I use the villager amiibo again?
