Giveaway Norma in boxes (advice needed)

So norma is in boxes today...but she was in boxes yesterday. I dont know if this is a glitch but someone tried taking her yesterday but as the game saved, there was a communication error. I dont know if anyone can take her today but i just wanted some advice.
