I'm looking for the following items to help plan out a new island design/layout.
I would prefer to pay in TBT, but I'm open to giving Nook Mile Tickets for exact or Nook Miles or rounded up (i.e. a Pool costs 5000 Nook Miles, I can give you 3 Nook Mile Tickets). I can also offer In Game Bells.

I know the ratio is 1 NMT : 1 TBT, but I'm willing to give a bit more, just let me know how much you'd like for whatever items you have to available. Thank you!
