No HHA rating/reward this morning?

Don't they only send them if your decor or furniture has changed in some way since last week?

I've found that on the week's where I've not touched the inside of my house, they don't send anything.

I hadn't heard that, but I definitely changed my decor. Deliberately added/changed a bunch of stuff last night before I went to bed, and I added a couple things to one room earlier this week.

I don't know then - that seems to be when I've had nothing from them.

Seems very random otherwise.

I got one today, but I've definitely had it happen before. It's not a huge problem to me, but it's something odd I'd like to know about.

Sounds more like a glitch to me than something that happens at random or that you don't update the decor at all. I got the HHA letter even when I never touched my rooms in weeks. I just left it as it is because none of the furniture ever grabbed my interest. I finally just got my main room completed with antique furniture.

And I don't even really care about that. I just wanted one room complete lol.

My 2nd character got one and it just occurred to me that my main character's house didn't have a bathroom set up in it this week, and maybe that was the issue. I don't recall exactly, but I feel like I read somewhere that there are a few basic furniture requirements.

I had that a few weeks ago! No letter, no gift, nothing! But since then the letters have resumed... So it might have been a glitch?
