To get the 7/11 set I'd have to go to Japan. But for the items that just require connecting to the internet- I can get them. The NA version allows you to cheat a bit and make your own hotspot in your house to get items like the Bestbuy ones. But I haven't figured out how to mimic that cheat on the Japanese console.
