Giveaway Nibbles the Peppy Squirrel [ADOPTED]

Nibbles is leaving Rosewood tomorrow, April 1st! She was one of my original five and I'd rather not see her voided. As such, she is not original in any form. If you would like to adopt her, please post or send a PM! I will not be TTing, so you will have to pick her up tomorrow. This is my first villager adopt, so I'll be using the steps below for a smooth transaction.

My Pick-Up Method:

• Upon arrival, I will SHUT the gate to avoid any unwanted disruptions. During this time, please wait outside the train station.
• Adopter will then be escorted to the villager's home. Even though I have paths, please do NOT run.
• Once the villager has agreed to move, the session will be ended.
• If for some reason the connection is disrupted or lost, I will IMMEDIATELY reopen my gate so that you may try again.
• After a successful disconnection, I will post a picture of the villager's house with the Moved Out sign to confirm. Your friend code will be deleted only after I have posted this confirmation for you.

Nibbles is a cutie pie I have Pom Pom in boxes today, so I'll have a spot open tomorrow for Nibbles.

And, btw..I do villager trades a lot and I just want to let you know that the most reliable method is for the host (you in this case) to press start and end the wi fi session as soon as the adopter has gotten the villager to agree to move to their town.

Thanks for the suggestion, too. I've always gone back through the train after a trade because the cinematic always felt like closure, but I'd be happy to try ending the session, too. I can see where the quicker session end would leave less of a chance for a break in the connection.
