THREAD/POST RULES:

✔ You may lurk for villagers, please notify via post or pm.

✔ You may reserve villagers BUT a holding fee of 10TBT's is required to ensure your intentions are to follow through with picking up the desired boxed villager, please notify via post or pm.

✔ T4 & T5 Villagers will be auto-voided unless a request for reservation has been notified and holding fee has been paid forward.

✔ You will be notified of any newbies/boxes via post or pm: (priority only if you have reserved/lurked).

✔ Open to reasonable offers, if a boxed villager has been listed for over their given time limit (if they have been reserved via 'bribe-payment' or are a Tier1/2 and/or is not going to an auto-void).

✔ Willing to trade equivalent 100% original tier 1&2 villagers, in hopes of obtaining my dreamies. :]

✔ I will do my best to update any information, often - when and where I can.

✘ Some villagers will NOT be for trade/sale as they are my dreamies.

✘ Refrain from trolling, spamming, flaming or inaction anything against the forum and website T&C's.



TRANSACTION/TOWN RULES:

✔ Payment opens gates.

✔ Communication throughout transaction process will go through vm. Example - "Gates are open" or "Payment sent" or "Confirming you want: villager name" etc.

✔ Willing to 'haggle' and/or use 'joint payment' (IGB and/or TBT)

✘ Do not run on le grass, please follow green path.

✘ Do not talk to anyone else - strangers, other players, other villagers.

✘ Do not harvest/farm flowers, rocks, dropped items, buried items.

✔ Feel free to take one piece of fruit home with you (available at station).

✔ I will close the multiplayer session after contact and confirmation ends.

✔ WiFi rating appreciated and will be returned.



Time Limit & Tier Fees

*Had enough with people not following through on pickups. These are subject to change without notice.



Tier 1&2: 5 hours max | 50TBT holding/reserve fee (this is included in the whole amount, example - Villager A is 150TBT your 50TBT holding fee counts towards as payment, so therefor you only need to sum up 100TBT in order to buyout the villager).



Tier 3: 3 hours max | 25TBT holding/reserve fee (this is included in the whole amount, example - Villager A is 150TBT your 50TBT holding fee counts towards as payment, so therefor you only need to sum up 100TBT in order to buyout the villager).



Tier 4&5 - 1 hour max (if reserved/holding) | 5TBT holding/reserve fee (if reserved/holding otherwise will go straight to void).



Refunds will not be given once a reserve/holding payment has been put forward.
