I feel for you! Last week I was new and had so many questions. It was all overwhelming. My questions were eventually answered. There is so much content it was hard to know where to look.
My take on this site as a newbie is that this is a very safe, somewhat "sandboxed" community. Posts are always respectful and kind (at least so far in my limited experience).
I am still learning and if I can help with anything just ask. It's nice to know I am not the only newbie trying to figure it out. Are you in need of fruit or crops? I have them and happy to give some away if you need them.

My main intent for being here ig is honestly to experience other islands and play the game with other actual people since none of my friends play.
