New Smug Villager?

I'm trying to even out my town and currently only have one smug villager--marshal! I'm not really sure of others. Tell me your favorite and why you like them so I can try to find one I like

Smug villagers weren't my thing until I saw Kyle.
He looks so- punkish? He's super adorable and I can't wait to have space so I can put him in my town <3

Julian, Colton, Raymond and Marshal are my dream team.

Ken is by far my favorite smug atm. I think he's the first chicken I've liked too. In my copy of New Leaf, Ken seemed nerdy but loveable.

I love Kyle, Zell, and Julian!

Kyle is based on a hyena, which I think is super cool, and he's also the only non-Cranky male wolf!
Zell is designed so well and I really liked his house in New Leaf!
Finally, Julian I was not a fan of until he was my forced camper in New Horizons. He just fits the Smug personality so well imo!

I like O’Hare because he looks like a Brooklyn hipster, which is the perfect visual for the personality type

My favourite smug villager is Kyle. Why? Because he's a wolf. Also because he's based off an African Wild Dog and they're adorable.

Julian because i headcannon him as the fabulous gay unicorn that he is. He looks way too extra paired with the smug dialog, it is perfect.

Raymond (i can hear the groans now) because I have a thing for grump looking kitties. My irl cat is black with a flat head so he ALWAYS looks either mad or distressed. His bday is also my mom's death day so being able to celebrate life in my mode of escapism on the anniversary of her death would be nice. So this is normal personal reasonings than anything.

Pietro is my dreamie.

Curlos, Eugene, Hans, Jaques, Kidd, Lucha, and Phil all look nice and no one seems to talk much about them.

My current smug villager is Lopez and I really like him. Zell, Kyle, and Shep are lovely too.

My first smug villager in NH was Lionel. I didn't mind his design and house, but he struck me as a bit too old looking for his voice and I couldn't really get past that, I think.


And I like Raymond and Marshal, but I don't think they need any help as far as the hype train goes.

Kyle was in my NL town and is great. He was very romantic—not just flirting with me, which he did some. More talking about sweeping gestures and beauty and stuff. And the contrast with the rock vibe with the steel floor and leather jacket made me laugh.

Seriously? I have Raymond right now and I have Marshal’s amiibo. I was planning on keeping both but I have i’m not sure now if their dialogue is not even a little different. ;-;

Some of the smugs I like are Raymond, Marshal, O’Hare, Kyle, Jaques, Eugene, Kidd, and Zell.

O'Hare is my all time favorite villager, he's the absolute best. He fits the island theme perfectly. And he's got a cute hat on too. His house is also awesome. I love him

Kyle is the best, in my opinion. He looks rough and tough with his grunge rock aesthetic, but is actually a big dummy with a big heart haha. His trait is music, so you'll hear him singing a lot.

My favorite smug is Henry the frog.
I know he's not popular but I had him in New Leaf and was so excited when I got his amiibo card in a random pack.
He's so little and cute... plus I love frogs.

My favorite smugs are Raymond, Julian, Kidd, Shep, and Colton. If I could have all of them in my town I would. Smugs are one of the best personalities.
