New Seeds in Shop??

Okay so I’ve always had Pansies & Windflowers in my shop
with the third rotating between Tulips and Hyacinths.
And I figured the only way I’d ever get the others was with Lief

But.... all of a sudden I have Roses available In my shop today??
This has never happened before and like, I’m cool with it!
but does our third selection rotate more randomly now or something? Or with the seasons?
What did I miss?

I was also surprised when I saw the twins selling Roses in the store now. I’m thinking maybe something to do with seasons?

With some Time travel, I found them more commonly in winter, but they appear in all seasons, just randomly I guess! I don't know if anyone has noticed any patterns for what seeds appears in the store yet

I mean if that’s the case then I’ve had horrible luck, because I have only ever had tulips or hyacinths as my third. So I have a hard time believing it’s truly random, you know?

Huh! That's odd, why do they appear now? They're in season in real life during Spring, Summer, and Fall (Also makes me wonder why I've seen them in Winter)
Is there a season for all the flowers appearing, because I'd love to find some more hyacinths, cause they rarely appear in my store LOL

I noticed it when I once had to complete a Nook Miles daily and it was to plant roses.
I was like, oh great... Leif is not here. I guess I won't be able to complete it.
But then I decided to hit the store and was surprised to find rose seeds for sale.

Yep, looks about right to me. I was getting pansies in my shop before, but once it rolled over to May, pansies are gone and I have tulips. I haven't seen roses yet in my shop, but I did stop paying attention since I bought what I needed one time from Leif when he brought them.

Between the flower rotation in the Nook shop and Leif, you can definitely get all regular flower types in your game, without trading.
