Splatoon NEW Japanese TV Commercial showing new weapons etc

This new commercial shows new clothes/weapons and maps along with rainmaker mode possibly part of the August update? New weapon type you can see is the paint bucket, as well as a minigun (perhaps a special?).

wow i didn't even notice that new map, it looks cool though I've always liked the walkway mechanic

After rewatching, I noticed it's just a giant walkway bridge (fitting the background) over the whole leve between the bases. There's more to each side, but most guns I imagine will be able to cover the whole map from the walkway. Pretty cool idea.


I like how all the maps have a unique point to them. And each new map seems to add a crazier layout yet again.

That winking face in the thumbnail is now one of my favorite things ever. I also love things that have to be held a little differently. It definitely adds flavor.

Those Gatling guns are awesome. The look amazing. So from what I've seen it sounds like you have to charge them up and it unleashes a ton of quick bullets. Is this right?
