If it was to promote Spirit Tracks, it would have the shape of Link's hat. It wouldn't be that big. But what the hay, I might be wrong.

Pretty sure that's a boys' high school uniform, if I am reading that page correctly.

Edit: gakusei-bou = Japanese school hat
gakusei-huku (or fuku) = school uniform
