New game or addition to new leaf?

Does anyone know if the Happy Home Designer will be an extra addition to New Leaf, or a whole new game? In my opinion, it would be cool for it to be an extra addition to download instead of having a whole new game

New game. I don't think it would make sense for it to be in the same game, since then you could basically get whatever villager you want via the aiimbo cards.
