New Animals moving in from friends towns

Does anyone know, have info, can point me in the direction of info on...

Animals moving in from other peoples towns? I want to know what the chances are of a random appearing from someone if you streetpass as well as train visit someone. Also is it only the last animal to have left that will move in or can it be any random one from the 16+ that are saved after leaving?

Any villager from the voidpool can move in. I don't know a lot about the chance of it happening, it's pretty mysterious. I'd say from personal experience maybe a... 25% chance? I have no idea. I have only received two voided villagers from streetpass and from when I gave away a villager. I have done a lot of online communication with people when I had 9 villagers and I didn't get a voided villager. I guess there really is no way to tell.

It can be anyone from their voidpool, but I have no idea what the chances are. I've had villagers move into my town months after they moved out of my friend's town though, and I always have nine villagers. I've only gotten one villager that way that wasn't from a friend though, at least as far as I know.

I've gotten my fair share of voided villagers. I got Rasher from someone who voided him weeks ago one time.

A friend of mine got Diana from me by chance and she was voided for a couple months. I was the host.
