New animal breeds/species you'd like to see

I was discussing this with a friend the other night, and I was curious if there are any animals out there that haven't yet been represented in Animal Crossing that you'd like to see included. My friend suggested different dog breeds, like huskies and chihuahua -- loved that idea! I was thinking about a lioness (since the second throne in Elvis's home seems so lonely; every king needs a queen after all) and another person suggested guinea pigs. Any other ideas?

I'd be delighted as well to see lionesses! Actually, this topic is the first connection that I've ever had with animal crossing.
I used to be in an Animal Crossing on tegaki, and combined with a friend to make lion siblings, but nothing I knew about Animal Crossing, and found out that there were no lioness villagers! That group also had lots of different species, such as bats, mantis and others I can't remember at the moment.

Another species that really deserve to have a place in the game, as villagers or NPCs, are definitely bats, fox and vixen villagers, moths, lizards and, possibly, snakes. It would be really fun to see them, hehe!

I like the idea of more insect, reptile and fish villagers, too.

Yes, foxes. That way we can see Nintendo call one of them McCloud. Bats is something I never thought of. It would be interesting, but I'd imagine they would come out during the night, which would be another interesting concept since villagers are usually sleeping during the night.

Well, they HAVE had special dog characters, and they're a normal villager as well. Same with cats.

Yes, Bats, please! I'd love to have an adorable Honduran white bat villager. I'd be interested in seeing if they could add in villagers that are based off the special villagers, like some Foxes and Owls, where we already have Redd and Blathers/Celeste. I'd be particularly interested in some Sloths.

I remember seeing some fanart of Shark and Dolphin villagers, and those were super cute as well.

I'm also a fan of bats - found some interesting fan concept art of what bat villagers would look like in AC, I think they're pretty cool.

You're probably right. But there are bunnies and Zipper T. Bunny is a bunny. Don't tell me he's not.
