hello, I was purchasing a grab bag thing and I took one more than I should. Additionally, I forgot to pay her after 30 minutes of my payment, and she left a negative review. Can a staff member please message me?

If you've tried righting things with the person and possibly offered to compensate for the problem, then it's their fault for not willing to work something out like a mature person.

On the other hand, if you didn't quickly attempt to remedy the situation, then you deserve the rating letting people know that a deal with you isn't safe.

If you need help from a mod, it's best to contact one via PM and not post about your problem for all to see. But I don't think they can "help" you in this case. You made a deal and you didn't live up to it. Once you realized you took too much, you should have immediately contacted your host to explain what happened and apologize. You also should have paid before you went, to be honest. The fact that you were given an hour was generous and it was rude not to pay. Feedback like this is important.

hmmm, ya I've def made mistakes in the past while trading but I've always attempt to remedy the situation with the person directly asap. In this case it seems you deserve the bad review so you should prob accept it. Communication is key when it comes to trading tbh. You cant make big mistakes like that and totally disappear.
