I understand that this is my town and all that, but I need some ideas for my dream town.

Here's the issue: I have a second character named Rad. He is living in a modern-theme-type-whatever-you-want-to-call-it area. I don't know what to theme his house on. Bells are not an issue, I have tons of them. At first I was think he'd be based off of a teenager but idk actually, not thinking that's a good idea. I'm not really bringing up any good ideas, I'm storing a 7-11 set in his house right now too, the wallpaper and flooring don't match either. It's a one room house.

Now what should I do? Roll with my original plan? Or should I do something else? Exterior parts are not an issue with the activity around here either, I forgot to add that in.

Either your idea...or something music themed? A DJ studio with a recording room or something to that effect? No idea, just what came to me with the name Rad.

That actually sounds great! Think I'll consider something like that.

You can use Katt's house as inspiration if you do that, her house as a recording studio sort of theme.

Found it! Now I'm really going to start rolling with the house. Probably going to do a combination of the two now that I think of it.

You seem to have got your answer, but I'll toss in my 2 cents anyway, for the hell of it.

Why not do a dorm room type of situation? You can use the 7-11 set as a cafeteria, and then use some sloppy furniture to make the dorm room...I think that's still similar to your teenager idea, if you have pieces for that, they could easily be incorporated into a dorm room idea. Also, I think when you said about the wall/floor thing, you meant for the 7-11 set?? I find the neutral wall/floor (from the minimalist set) works best with the 7-11 set. So I'd recommend that, everything else seems to clash with it.
