Need to get a petition signed for Butch, anybody want to help?

Today, Butch asked me to get some Villagers from another town to sign a petition form for "Finding Peace and Quiet". I was wondering if anybody would let me in and help me out because I think he might give me his pic! He also mentioned do it by the end of the day some I hope someone finds this.

P.S.....If you do let me into your town, I also could use any fruits I don't have (oranges or pears).
