I'd really like to finish my mayor's house before I get preoccupied with a newborn in 2 weeks and not be able to play AC for a while.

I can pay with BTB or IGB. I think 5 BTB or 10K Per an orderable item is fair. DLC I can pay 25 BTB for the unorderable DLC/Island items. Make an offer if you want IGB for those as I'm not sure of the current market prices.
