Need to collect signatures for Caroline

Caroline asked me to collect signatures for her petition, Fondue for Everyone:

I need to visit another person's town to be able to collect the signatures. Caroline is my favorite villager, so I can't let her down! If anybody can invite me over, I will tip with either 50,000 bells, or any fruit (including perfect apples).
