Need shampoodle

I just started a new town and it is really bugging me that I can't fix my hair. Is there anyone who can let me use their shampoodle? Also, how many days does it take for the boat to appear at the dock?

i recently restarted as well, so i can't help w shampoodle. however, tortimer shows up on the dock the first day after you've payed off your first home loan (and now live in a house rather than a tent) !! kapp'n will be at the dock the day after that occurs, assuming you've talked to tortimer !
