Bathers won't request the 2nd floor of the musceum yet!
I have atleast 1 item in a exhibit
I have waited for maybe the starting of january and nothing

Do I have to upgrade my house?
Donate more?
Or am I just not lucky

You have to have donated one thing in every exhibit art/fossils/bugs/fish
You also need to have at least 20 items donated to the museum
You also need to speak to Blathers for 14 days

You don't need to speak to him for 14 days, he will show that kinda "stressed" emotion and then when you talk to him he will mention something about Celeste and second floor should be added to your projects list

Do I need to donate more for the cafe?
