Hey, so I agree with the others that a house should go there. I visited your dream town and thought the police station could either go by the bottom right of the picture you posted- where it looks like you have roses set up to breed. Or in that big expanse of space between your house and the cafe. But I don't know, whatever you think best. You could always put down some patterns where you may put it and then decorate to see if it would look ok?
