Need Help With Town Them

i had this idea of a town theme and it was a toontown them but I was goanna add a lot of vibrant and multi colors to my town but I don't know what to start with I was goanna have a modern look but in a toontown way please help me with this

For this, I recommend mixing and matching the modern and fairy tale PWPs. Also, get a lot of hybrids and scatter them so there's a lot of "color" factor. And I'm pretty sure there's some very vibrant pathways out there, you just have to look! I'll link you up if I ever find any. OH! And you DEFINITELY need the toony villagers, like Stitches!!

Oh, and a lot of the lazy villagers will recommend the colorful park-like PWPs.

what about my house I am trying to get that a mix color building I got some colored but the extieor needs some mix colors to different colors in each side I know the kiddie is the best option but I am having a hard time to get it
