Need help with making be town prettier and a Gardner

Basically, my town is really messy, and I need help :c
I have flowers I don't want, trees in weird zones, and more!
Also, I don't know where to start putting bushes and I'm buying tons of them, I bought a few hybrids and I'd like to make a little rainbow roses' garden or something like that cwc
