Hello everyone, I'm pretty new to the whole Tumblr thing and would love to design my blog in a more AC fashion. If anyone is willing to help let me know, it would be much appreciated. I can pay you in thanks or fruit once the game comes out =p
Need help with designing Tumblr Blog

Uh yeah I think so =P Some people have the town sign on top but with their town name or just a ac themed bg and layout.
All right, I had to go do some research. The best way I could find is this.
1. Go to your blog and click on Customize.
2. Click on Themes
3. On the drop-down menu, look for "Super Customizable."
4. Look for the theme titled, "Effector Theme." It's a free theme.
5. There's a bunch of customizing options here. Changing colors, inserting images, what-not. The box in the customizing dialog under the Text Editing box (third down after the theme name) allows you to insert various images. The Banner is what will be at the top of the blog, the background is... well, the background, the logo is a picture on the side (like a profile picture), and the large sidebar portrait is somewhat the same. I'd use this to put in a good banner, find a repeating background (or make a simple one in GIMP or Photoshop), and put up a nice profile pic. Then the colors can be adjusted, and there you go! That's what I would do if you don't want to spend any money.
Then there's a bunch of other options for "Effector Theme." I think that should be good. Hope this helps!

That's really strange. I saved it and installed the theme just fine. Is it when you're saving the theme to your blog, or something else?
EDIT: Okay, I found the problem. You're clicking on the "Install" button on the right side of the page, correct? That will give you the 404. You should, however, be able to simply change everything in the dialog on the left side of the page, hit the "Save" button on the left side, and have everything saved to your blog. I checked it on my blog, and it all went fine without having to click "Install."
EDIT: Just saw your 'nvm.' Scratch what I said, then.
