Need help with adding signature :/

So. I added my picture to Flickr and all, and this is how I formatted my signature like this and all that comes up instead of the picture is a blue box with a question mark. I also tried imgur. Same thing.

Well, I'm on the iPad, and on my flickr photo stream, I was holding down on the picture and hit copy. Then I posted that link above while looking for help. Later, I realized that there was a button called "See all sizes." I went there since my sig was too big anyways. I clicked on the measurement I wanted and hit download. It opened up a new tab and I copied that link.
