Giveaway Need help transferring a villager!

Sorry to make a full thread for this, but I am in need of a cycler to help me move Lucky over to my second towns. He's already pinged and I have room for him, I just lack an extra 3ds to do it myself.

I'm willing to pay up to 1mil (possibly more if I get desperate), Mira, a few orderable dlc's, items from the creepy set, just name something reasonable and I'll see my best or at least try in some way to get it, I just need Lucky transferred by tonight or tomorrow.

If I don't find a cycler to assist me (with a handful of positive wi-fi ratings preferably) I'll try to figure something out or keep him, I just have too many lazies in my first town but I'm just too attached to just give him up at this point, no matter how desperate I'm become to make room for other villager types or how badly I want to get rid of Lolly. Thanks.
