Looking For Need help in getting a custom design for a new character

Hello there. So I was thinking about starting a new account, that being a cosplay account, and I need help in finding someone to help design a shirt and or pants
combination to try and make the characters I want it to be like.

So the possible characters are these 3 subjects. Aegir, Adray Lasbard, and Malcom Graves.
