Need help cleaning my town (nevermind)

So my town is pretty messy and I think its about time I start trying to beautify it but I have a ton of homework to do.

I have a lot of pears(regular and perfect) , coins, beehives, and balloon presents on the ground, you can take them with you or sell them if you collected them.

Please don't run through or take my flowers, and please don't chop down my trees or dig out tree stumps, haha
