Hello there! So lately I've been working on a novel, The Sapphire Chronicles , but I need some critique/tips, maybe even a new title because I just went with the first thing I thought about.
So, what is this Sapphire Chronicles you keep talking about? The Sappphire Chronicles is a story about the strong bond between a girl and her dragon, and that not only boys deserve to ride into the sunset with a dragon. Safi (Short for Sapphira), is the main character, and she battles with feminism and sexism everyday. But when she discovers a dragon egg outside her house, her quest is to prove that girls can also be dragon riders and battle villians.
(I'm secretly hoping that's not to cheesy)
So anyways, I need help on how I can change my story, villian names, etc.

i don't find this cheese XD most of my stories are pretty cheese. Reminds me of "How to train your dragon" which is like my favorite series of books, movies ever! I'm writing a story called "War ponies" that is cheese XD anyway i love the idea! with help with names i have no idea but
maybe throw in a really big a evil dark dragon, maybe blind in one eye and safi's dad (or family member) had to fight it to save safi when she was a little and doesn't remember it but maybe that killed her dad (or family member) and she just found out and she was prepared to kill the dragon and its rider to fight for her dad (or family member's) to prove a point or something
that is what i would do, i'm sorry if i got a bit carried away but i have a really good imagination anyway its your story i like it so far
