Need a Re-Tail with Hats on Premium!

Does anyone have Hats on premium in Re-Tail? I will pay 20tbt or a tip of 100k to anyone that lets me visit their Re-Tail (with Hats on premium).
I have a lot of Royal Crowns to sell so it might take a few trips from Re-Tail to the ABD to the closet and back and repeat.
