Hello, I have only one 3ds but 3 towns so I am looking for someone that can be a host to help me transferring stuffs from towns to towns. I can pay 1 carnations/99k IGB per trip or 10tbt for all of the trips I make.

What is villager pool? All of my town are having 10 villagers, I am planning to keep them all so there is no one moving in or out

It's also called the "void" -- it's where your villagers go when they move out and no one picks them up by visiting your town. Sometimes villagers from your pool/void will move into a visitor's town if they have less than 10 villagers. But if you already have 10 in each, there's no need to worry about that
