I'd hold him for you in my second town, but I'm not good at cycling back out a 10th villager so wouldn't want to mess anything up or take to long I'd maybe message some cyclers on here, they're a quite a few that seem trustworthy and have good wifi ratings! ^-^

Sure, also I have heard getting the 10th villager out is difficult, is it impossible though? I could always get marshal again I suppose if no one will hold him

In my experience it never happened. It may be possible but it's extremely rare and difficult :/
