For me its:

GTA San Andreas: The Cutscene where you first see Kent Paul and Maccer in the mansion, Maccer is in the Studio trying to resist masturbating and Kent paul says 'MACCER! Dont do it! Think of......Thatcher!'. At the end of the Cutscene it zooms back to Maccer who is evidently Masturbating and crying 'MAGGIE! OH MAGGIE! I LOVE YOU MAGGIE!!!!!', Now kent paul says what everyone is thinking: 'Maccer! You ain't right in the head mate!'.
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess: The Cutscene during the boss battle of The Temple of time, you kill the spider and Link is half way through 'Celebrating' and it suddenly comes back to life, his face is a picture! xD
GTA San Andreas: The Cutscene where you first see Maccer+ Kent Paul, and Maccer is on the ground and he says 'I cant get up! Its me legs! I think i wanked the use outta 'em!' I loved this quote so much i used it to try and get outta school xDDD
