The press statement mentions that the menu theme will come with the digital version in order to compensate for the lack of an amiibo card. This is definitely good news for those who prefer the digital version (although I don't think many do over physical versions)

Aww darn. I was going to get the physical version.....


Hopefully you will be able to get the theme from the Eshop!
