I'm beginning to suspect this item doesn't exist. I've never seen in in anyone's home and I don't see anyone asking for it or selling it. Does anyone have it? Can I get it somehow or at the very least catalog it?

You should also try gamefaqs. I have a much easier time getting rarer dlc items on gamefaqs. Such as region exclusives.

You should try the TBT marketplace (click), many shop owners have all of the items in the game.

I have 10 of them(or more) I could sell you one for 5 TBT they do exist. I got mine from a Japanese player.

My shop/store is HUGE, 5 star rating and I have everything in the game except for some fortune cookies but I can get those if asked. Check it out sometime!

You earn them by posting, or by selling items for tbt in the TBTMarket
