my wifi's not working~ help me~

i tried to send some screenshots to facebook... but then i found it wouldn't do it....


it was working yesterday.... the internets fine... the modems fine...

but my wifi's not working~




i want to use the custom designs...~

Did you try restarting your switch? Also you could try turning on airplane mode and then turn it back off.

no, i don't think it did work... the wifi's meant be be lit up... it was fine yesterday...

If your router is fine, then can you do a “Test Connection” on the section for “Internet” on your Switch. What does it show you?

The last few times that my switch couldn’t connect to the internet I had to disconnect and reconnect to my router. Putting in the password and everything.

i don't have a test connection on it... only internet settings...


besides, the connection status says not connected... when it should say ' connected' or something like that...


how do you mean disconnect & reconnect? do you mean, take the yellow plug out from behind the modem *that what mines got* & put it back in again?

After pressing that option, I pressed the option for the registered network (the name for our wifi) that my switch was connect to.

After that, 3 options should show up. “Connect to to this network”, “change settings”, and “Clear settings”.

Try “Connect to this network first” and then “clear settings” if that doesn’t work. “Clear settings” should disconnect you from your router.

Yup, I did that right now too. But if you’re hesitant, you can check “change settings” first and see if anything helpful pops up.

It is possible that wifi problems can be due to spotty internet connection. This happens quite frequently in the area that I live in.

I did find a youtube video that has more steps than what I said. I haven’t tested it out, nor do I know if you watched it already...but I’ll link it.
