My Watercolor Art (Critiques?)

Hmm, so I'm in desperate need of a graphics tablet so it is not technically my full potential because using the keyboard mouse reallly really sucks.
I just need some critique and was wondering if I could eventually turn my art into something that's commission-able one day? Soon ?
I just did an art trade so I'll just use the pictures.

I dislike the skin color and have a bit of trouble with divided the neck and the chin, so any tips for that part would be greatly appreciated!

Do the neck outline the same colour as the head just to make it match a bit more because it looks kind of odd not being the same colour as the head outline/skin. Also add a shadow below the neck like a darker colour of the skin tone
