My summer town project

Just want a little feedback on my idea. I've reset my 2nd main a couple of times now cuz I just really wanted to try a themed town. I think I've finally decided. My town is called storybrk. I'm a huge once upon a time fan. I got lucky and only had to map roll twice for what I think will be the perfect map. My plan is to have the storybrk part of the town at the top part with mayor Regina. Her house will have granny's diner on the main floor, mr gold's pawn shop on the right, Emma's room on the 2nd floor, the library on the left, Regina's crypt in the basement and either Regina's office in the back or something else.

The villagers of storybrk will be Blanche (as Mary Margaret), Phil (as charming), Octavian (as grumpy) and Skye (as ruby/red)

Down the left side of the map will be the enchanted forest that leads to Neverland. The character in Neverland will be either Tink or Peter Pan, and the villagers will be marina as Ursula and Bunnie as Ariel. The house will have peterpans hide out, hook's pirate ship and tink's bedroom with a mermaid room as well.

Down the right side of the map will be oz with the character zelena (witch) and the villagers will be ribbot as the tinman and Diana as Glenda. I will have a scarecrow pwp in the oz part. The house will have a with room with the hour glad and crystal ball and the wizards room. Not sure what else yet.

The last area will be in the inlet at the bottom of the map and it will be wonderland with Cora as the queen of hearts. The villagers will be Bob as the Cheshire Cat and ruby as the white rabbit. There will be a throne room, a tea party room, a flower room and not sure what else yet.

The only villager I've put in so far is Skye. She is at the right of the town hall.

I have most of the villagers for the town in holding in other towns. I only have to find ribbot, Blanche and Phil. The rest I have. I just need to move them in.

I'll try to keep them in mind if they ever show up in my cycle town. They're not super popular, so people might have them on autovoid...I'll leave a note on my bulletin board in Woodbury...

So I've got all my villagers now, scattered in dif towns as I plot them. Of course plotting the next 7 could possibly take all summer, lol!! I'll be taking a break from plotting after Bunnie (Ariel) plots so I can work on creating paths and start working on paying off the first house which will be the storybrk house. Still trying to decide whether to have Erik (as prince Eric) or marina ( as Ursula) to be near Bunnie/Ariel. I have them both but am only going to have room for 1. The other will just be my permanent resident of my cycle town. Hmm...decisions decisions.
